Daniel Toroitich arap Moi MOH-ee - is a former Kenyan politician who
served as the second President of Kenya from 1978 to 2002. He removed
Kikuyu ministers and replaced them with ministers from his own Kalenjin
tribe. He was forced to allow multiparty elections in 1992. Prior to
1978, he served as the third Vice President of Kenya from 1967 to 1978.
